Sow a Kiwi · Kiwi Discovery Session™
Proposal
Prepared for [Client name], [Organisation]
[Date]
Introduction
Thank you for the conversation [last week / on [date]]. What you shared about [the situation — one or two words] stayed with me, and I want to respond to it with care.
This proposal is for a Kiwi Discovery Session™ — a structured conversation designed to slow down long enough to understand what your situation is actually carrying, before any recommendation is made.
[Optional: Add a sentence that feels personal to this client's situation.]
Context
From what has been shared so far, the client appears to be navigating [brief description of the current situation].
The themes present seem to include [theme one], [theme two] and [theme three]. These may be practical, relational or structural, and they may be affecting how clearly the next step can be chosen.
Before further action is taken, the situation would benefit from being clarified carefully: what is being carried, where pressure is showing up, and what needs to be understood before any recommendation is made.
Purpose
The purpose of this session is not to diagnose the situation or arrive at a solution in one conversation. It is to create the conditions for honest understanding — of the load being carried, the patterns showing up, and what may need attention.
From there, the right kind of next step can be chosen with more care than is usually possible before this kind of conversation takes place.
